Founder of Trilovive, certified personal trainer, and private reformer coach. My journey with movement started early, from ballet and gymnastics to strength training and snowboarding. Over the years, I’ve explored different ways to challenge and nurture the body, ultimately discovering the powerful balance between intensity, alignment, and recovery. My mission is to help people reconnect with their bodies, build lasting strength, and feel confident in movement — while creating sustainable, healthy lifestyle changes that go beyond the studio.
