Reformer sessions can be booked through our online booking system. Select the service, choose your preferred date and time, and complete the payment process to secure your spot.

Wear comfortable, form-fitting activewear that allows for movement for reformer or personal training. For reformer sessions, please wear grip socks for optimal stability and safety. For personal training sessions, wear comfortable workout shoes.
We provide all the necessary equipment. Just bring yourself and a water bottle!

Absolutely! Every personal training program and reformer session is tailored to your personal fitness goals, whether that’s improving flexibility, building strength, enhancing athletic performance, or recovering from an injury.

Both are beneficial but serve different purposes. The reformer focuses on core strength, alignment, and controlled movements, while personal training targets overall fitness, strength, and endurance. Yes, I only accept clients aged 18 and older who are committed to making positive lifestyle changes and achieving their fitness and wellness goals.
Studio Policy

Late cancellations/rescheduling (less than 24 hours) will incur a $10 fee, no-shows will incur the session fee, and a $15 no-show fee.

If you’re running late, don’t worry — I completely understand that life happens! Please let me know as soon as possible. Your session will still end at the scheduled time to accommodate other clients. If you’re more than 10 minutes late, the session will be considered a no-show and cannot be refunded or rescheduled.

For safety and focus reasons, only clients participating in personal training or reformer sessions are allowed in the studio during appointments.

You're welcome to use your phone to capture moments or track your progress during the session. Filming yourself is fine, as long as it doesn't disrupt the flow of our workout. Please also keep your phone on silent to minimize distractions and stay focused!
