4. Services and Bookings
Trilovive offers personal training, small group training, and reformer workouts. By booking a service, you agree to the applicable terms outlined on the booking page and in the Terms and Conditions for each specific service. You acknowledge that all services are subject to availability. Trilovive reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any service or booking at its discretion.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information when booking a service and understand that payment is due at the time of booking.
5. Payment and Refund Policy
Payments for services are made through the Site’s payment system. All payments must be completed in full at the time of booking, and no services will be provided without confirmation of payment.
Trilovive’s refund policy is as follows:
All payments for sessions are final and non-refundable, except in cases where Trilovive cancels a session or service.
For canceled sessions, clients will be provided with a credit for a future session or a refund if applicable, as determined by Trilovive’s policies.
No refunds will be given for unused session packages unless otherwise specified in the Terms and Conditions for each service.
6. Cancellations, Rescheduling, and No-Show Policy
Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled session time to avoid a cancellation fee.
Late cancellations/rescheduling (less than 24 hours) will incur a $10 fee, and no-shows will incur the session fee plus a $15 no-show fee.
In cases of emergency or unavoidable circumstances, you must notify Trilovive as soon as possible to discuss options for rescheduling or waiving fees.
If you arrive late for your session, the session will still end at the scheduled time, and no additional time will be provided.
7. Health and Safety
You are responsible for ensuring that you are physically fit and able to participate in any services offered by Trilovive. Prior to your first session, you must inform your instructor or trainer of any medical conditions, injuries, or concerns that may affect your ability to participate.
If at any point during a session, you feel unwell or unsafe, you must immediately stop and inform the instructor. Trilovive is not responsible for any injuries or health issues arising from participation in any services.
8. Privacy and Data Collection
Trilovive is committed to protecting your privacy. By using the site, you agree to the collection and use of your personal data as outlined in our Privacy Policy. This may include information provided when you book a service, register an account, or communicate with Trilovive.
We will not share your personal information with third parties without your consent, except as required by law or for the fulfillment of services (e.g., payment processing).

Waiver of Liability and Release
This Waiver of Liability and Release (the “Waiver”) is entered into by the undersigned individual (the “Participant”) in favor of Trilovive Wellness, managed solely by Julia Felaire (the “Owner”), including any future agents, contractors, or representatives (collectively, “Trilovive Wellness”).
The Participant acknowledges and agrees to the following terms and conditions:
1. Assumption of Risk
The Participant acknowledges that the practice of Pilates, personal training, and other fitness activities (the “activities”) involves physical activity that carries inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, muscle strain, sprains, joint injuries, and other health complications. The Participant agrees to assume full responsibility for any and all risks of injury, whether caused by negligence or otherwise, that may occur while engaging in the activities at Trilovive.
2. Health and Medical Conditions
The Participant confirms that they are physically fit and able to engage in the activities and that they have consulted with a healthcare professional before participating in the activities if they have any concerns or pre-existing medical conditions that may affect their ability to engage in physical exercise.
The Participant agrees to inform Julia immediately of any injuries, health conditions, or changes to their medical status before beginning or continuing any activities.
1. Waiver of Claims
The Participant, on behalf of themselves, their heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, hereby releases and discharges Trilovive Wellness from any and all liability, claims, demands, or causes of action, including but not limited to personal injury, property damage, or death, arising from participation in the activities, whether caused by the negligence of Trilovive or otherwise.
This release applies to all claims, whether based on contract, tort, or other legal theories.
1. Indemnification
The Participant agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Trilovive Wellness, its owner, future employees, agents, contractors, instructors, affiliates, and representatives from any loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) incurred due to any claim made by a third party arising from the Participant’s participation in the activities.
2. Fitness and Wellness Recommendations
The Participant understands that the activities are not a substitute for professional medical treatment. Trilovive Wellness recommends that the Participant consult with a healthcare provider before beginning any fitness program or making any changes to their current physical activity routine, particularly if they have any health concerns.
3. Informed Consent
The Participant has been given the opportunity to ask questions regarding the activities and their potential risks. By signing this Waiver, the Participant acknowledges they fully understand the nature of the activities and voluntarily choose to participate.
4. Photography and Media Consent
The Participant consents to the use of any photographs, video recordings, or testimonials taken during their participation in the activities for marketing, advertising, or promotional purposes by Trilovive Wellness, without compensation. The Participant may request that their image not be used at any time in writing.
5. Severability
If any provision of this Waiver is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remainder of this Waiver shall remain in full force and effect.
6. Governing Law
This Waiver shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
By participating in the activities, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Waiver of Liability and Release, and you voluntarily agree to its terms.
